Sancus Solutions Ltd – Course Booking Terms and Conditions
Payment can be made by credit or debit card, cheque payable to Sancus Solutions Ltd or by BACS transfer to the account details given on the invoice.
Payment is required in full 14 days before the date of commencement of training/conference.
The training/conference fee includes attendance at the training session and any specified course material.
The payment does not include overnight accommodation for delegates unless specified.
Provisional reservations will be held open for 10 days, after which time, unless we receive notification to the contrary, your reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellations will be accepted if received 5 weeks prior to the date of the commencement of the training/conference and will be subject to a 10% administration charge. After this time no refunds will be made.
A change of delegate will be permitted wherever possible.
Sancus Solutions Ltd reserves the right to cancel training/conferences at any time, without liability, in which case all training/conference fees will be refunded in full.
Sancus Solutions Ltd cannot be held liable for any other expenses incurred by delegates or their companies due to the cancellation.
Sancus Solutions Ltd reserves the right to change the venue/speakers/presentations at any time with or without notice.
The views and opinions of the course/conference tutors or delegates are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of Sancus Solutions Ltd.
The training/conference material provided by Sancus Solutions Ltd cannot be utilised for the purposes of legal representation, and neither Sancus Solutions Ltd, its trainers or staff can accept responsibility for the actions of persons interpreting or acting upon material in litigation.
Sancus Solutions Ltd does not accept responsibility for any injury or loss as a result of relying on the training/conference or training/conference material.
All course content remains the property of Sancus Solutions unless stated in writing. Any material handed to delegates is for their own personal use and cannot be reproduced or passed to third parties.
Sancus Solutions Ltd does not disclose customers’ information to third parties unless we are required to by law.
All personal information received by Sancus Solutions Ltd is securely stored.
Sancus Solutions Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act 1998.
The information you provide may be used to keep you updated of other products, services and events unless you notify us otherwise; to opt out please send an email to email@example.com subject ‘Opt Out’ this does not affect your statutory rights as a customer
Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a “Cancellation Period”. Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.
In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done in the following way:
By filling out Cancellation Form and sending it via firstname.lastname@example.org
If you cancel the purchase of a course within 14 calendar days as mentioned above, we will refund you for all payments made as a part of your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day we accept that you are entitled to a refund.
