Reviewing Serious Collision Investigations
The latest College of Policing guidance on investigating road deaths recommends that an appropriate review process should be developed and implemented. The Sancus two day Reviewing Serious Collision Investigations Course is designed to enable forces to carry out this obligation in a constructive and cost effective manner.
The course has been developed in accordance with the learning outcomes published in the College of Policing National Policing Curriculum Module “Reviewing Serious Collision Investigations” (Code ENPSX044). The course will equip delegates with a structure to carry out reviews of fatal road collision investigations which will identify missed investigative opportunities, and make case-specific or organisational recommendations as necessary.
