A vital element of any training provider is ensuring quality. Sancus have an in house Quality Assurance team with a publicly available policy to support their work. This ensures that all our trainers are vetted to the required level, fully insured and complete agreed amounts of professional development annually. All our regular trainers are regularly observed and assessed by our Quality Assurance Manager
Once you have appointed us as your preferred trainer, one of the management team will reach out to you and listen to your needs. A trainer will then be appointed and they will devise a bespoke training program taking into account all your needs and wants. The training program won’t start until you confirm that you are happy with its content.
